## What it is
A tiered rewards program for people who register active sellers on ChampConnect (Botswana's local marketplace). The more active sellers you bring in, the higher your tier and the bigger your rewards.

## Special promotion
- **Register 500 active sellers → WIN P2,000** (one-time cash bonus, paid after verification).

## Tiers

### 🥇 Gold — Ambassadors
- Target: **700+ active sellers**
- Highest commission rate
- Priority payouts
- Ambassador badge and public recognition
- Requires passing a qualifying interview before final approval

### 💎 Platinum — Sales Agents
- Target: **300–699 active sellers**
- Elevated commission tier
- Sales Agent badge
- Priority support
- Monthly performance bonuses

### 🥉 Metal — Affiliates
- Target: **Under 300 active sellers**
- Standard 20% commission on referred seller subscriptions
- P3.33 per referred seller with at least one active listing
- Affiliate dashboard with QR code and referral link
- Monthly payouts (minimum BWP 50)

## Qualification rule
An **active seller** = a referred user who (1) completes registration on ChampConnect AND (2) publishes at least one listing. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and inactive sign-ups do not count.

## Rules & conditions
- Only active sellers count toward tier targets.
- Self-referrals and duplicate/fake accounts are disqualified.
- Gold (Ambassador) tier requires passing a qualifying interview.
- Payouts are processed monthly via mobile money or bank transfer.
- ChampConnect may verify referrals before paying promotional rewards.
- Tiers are recalculated automatically from the active-seller count.

## How to join
1. Sign up on ChampConnect.
2. Open the Affiliate dashboard at https://www.champconnect.co.bw/affiliate.
3. Copy your referral link or share your QR code with potential sellers.
4. Track active referrals, tier progress, and pending earnings on the dashboard.
5. Reach the next target to unlock Platinum, Gold, or the P2,000 promo.
