Responsibilities

• Find genuine people looking for products or services.
• Explain the private buyer-request service.
• Help buyers submit accurate requests.
• Capture the correct budget, location, urgency and contact details.
• Track whether referred requests were successfully assisted.
• Never create fake, duplicate or incomplete buyer requests.

Performance measures

• Qualified buyer requests submitted.
• Percentage of requests successfully contacted.
• Percentage successfully assisted.
• Accuracy and authenticity of submitted requests.

Sales Agent

Personally helps assigned customers find suitable products or services from trusted suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Accept assigned private buyer requests.
• Contact buyers and confirm their requirements.
• Search ChampConnect sellers and listings first.
• Verify supplier availability, price and location.
• Present suitable options to the buyer.
• Follow up until the buyer confirms whether they were assisted.
• Keep buyer information confidential.
• Record activity and completion evidence.

• Response time.

• Buyer satisfaction.
• Quality of supplier options.

Affiliate

Refers genuine sellers and helps them create active stores with valid listings.

Responsibilities

• Recruit genuine businesses and service providers.
• Help sellers register through the correct referral link or code.
• Help sellers complete their business profiles.
• Ensure every counted seller uploads at least one valid listing.
• Explain how buyers contact sellers.
• Encourage sellers to keep listings, prices and availability updated.

Performance measures

• Approved active sellers.
• Valid listings uploaded.

• Fraud and duplicate-account rate.
