Buyer Acquisition Agent

Purple position

Brings genuine buyers to ChampConnect and helps them submit complete product or service requests.

Responsibilities

Find genuine customers who need products or services.
Introduce customers to the ChampConnect buyer-request service.
Help buyers submit complete and accurate requests.
Capture the correct item, service, budget, location, urgency and contact details.
Ensure every request belongs to a real customer.
Give buyers their request reference numbers.
Track whether attributed requests were contacted and completed.
Follow up with buyers when required.
Never create fake, duplicate or incomplete requests.
Protect customers' personal information.

Performance measurements

Genuine buyer requests submitted.
Complete and accurate requests.
Requests successfully contacted.
Requests successfully assisted.
Buyer-request conversion rate.
Fake or rejected request rate.

Suggested starting target: 5 qualified buyer requests per working day.

Sales Agent

Blue position

Personally helps assigned customers find suitable products or services from trusted suppliers.

Responsibilities

Receive private buyer requests assigned by the system or supervisor.
Accept requests within the required response time.
Contact buyers and confirm exactly what they need.
Search existing ChampConnect listings and sellers first.
Contact suitable suppliers and confirm availability, price and location.
Provide suitable supplier options to the buyer.
Upload evidence of supplier options and communication.
Follow up until the buyer confirms whether they were assisted.
Keep buyer details and private requests confidential.
Update every request status correctly.
Escalate difficult, suspicious or overdue requests to the supervisor.
Never approve their own work or commission.

Performance measurements

First-response time.
Requests accepted.
Requests completed.
Successful assistance rate.
Buyer satisfaction.
Quality of supplier options.
Overdue or abandoned requests.

Suggested starting target: Handle 5–10 buyer requests per working day, depending on complexity.

Affiliate

Green position

Refers genuine sellers and helps them create active stores with valid listings.

Responsibilities

Find genuine businesses and service providers.
Introduce sellers to ChampConnect.
Share a unique referral link or referral code.
Help sellers complete registration.
Help sellers complete their store profiles.
Ensure every counted seller uploads at least one valid product or service.
Explain how buyers contact sellers.
Encourage sellers to keep listings, prices and availability updated.
Report prohibited, fraudulent or duplicate sellers.
Follow ChampConnect's referral and rewards rules.
Never access private buyer requests or buyer contact information.

Performance measurements

Genuine sellers referred.
Approved active sellers.
Valid listings uploaded.
Seller activation rate.
Seller retention and activity.
Rejected, duplicate or fraudulent referral rate.

Affiliate Rewards Programme

Affiliate • Green

Refers genuine sellers and helps them create active stores with valid listings.

Current target

5 approved active sellers per working day.

An active seller only counts when the person or business is genuine, required profile information is complete, at least one valid product or service is uploaded, the account is not fake, duplicate, prohibited or inactive, and admin verification rules are satisfied.

Registration alone does not qualify.

Reward milestones

Milestones are achievements only — everyone in this programme holds the single position of Affiliate. Progress is tracked privately on your Affiliate dashboard.

50 active sellers — Airtime Reward
Free airtime reward after 50 approved active sellers.
300 active sellers — Voucher Award
Voucher award plus official ChampConnect T-shirt.
500 active sellers — P2,000 Special Promotion
P2,000 promotion prize, subject to the verified promotion rules.
700 active sellers — Leadership Review
Invitation to a leadership review interview (income, training and trips discussed there).

📋 Rules & Conditions

• This is a performance-based rewards programme for Affiliates. Rewards are based on verified results only.
• An Affiliate only earns credit for a genuine seller who registers and uploads at least one valid product or service. Registration alone does not qualify.
• Fake, duplicate, prohibited or inactive accounts do not count and may be disqualified at any time.
• Affiliates cannot access private buyer requests or buyer contact details — those are handled only by assigned Sales Agents and authorised staff.
• Milestones are achievements, not job titles. Everyone in this programme remains an Affiliate.
• Rewards, commissions, milestones and targets remain configurable by ChampConnect admin.
• Affiliates cannot approve their own referrals or rewards.
• Participation in this programme does not guarantee employment with ChampConnect.
