2. 2Go online and see nearby Pick & Drop requests.
3. 3Send an offer, agree a price, and complete the trip.

The private buyer request process

3. 3Your Sales Agent searchesThe agent searches ChampConnect listings, verifies availability and contacts suitable suppliers.

5. 5Confirm whether you were assistedYour feedback helps ChampConnect measure the quality of its service.

• Buyer requests are not displayed publicly.
• Only authorised staff and the assigned Sales Agent can access the buyer's contact details.
• Sellers do not compete publicly for private buyer requests.
• Sales Agents contact suppliers on behalf of buyers.
