You can delete parts of your ChampConnect data and keep your account. Choose exactly what you want removed below, or send us a request by email. Both options are free.

Email support@champconnect.co.bw from the address registered on your account, with the subject line:

List the data you want removed. Identity verification may be required before we action the request.
How long it takes
In-app deletions apply immediately. Email requests are processed within 7 days of verification.
What may be retained
Limited transaction, fraud-prevention, legal, security or financial records may be kept only where the law requires it. Those records are securely restricted, are not used for marketing, and are deleted once the applicable retention period (7 years for financial records under Botswana law) ends.
