5. Transactions

ChampConnect is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions and do not guarantee any item, sale, or payment. Always inspect items and meet in safe public places.

6. Fees

Basic listing is free. Any paid features will be clearly priced before you commit.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users.

8. Liability

ChampConnect is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the service or from transactions between users.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ChampConnect after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
